One of the phenomena in cyberspace today is the phenomenon of online
shopping where online shopping is a process of buying goods
through the internet, with the increasing demand for online shopping,
causing online stores to grow and become more interactive.
Nowadays there can be seen a lot of popping up facilities for
shopping online, in contrast to online shopping, or offline buying and
selling is a way of shopping in general that is done by many people,
namely by buying the product directly to the seller. Where offline
buying and selling requires that we come directly to the seller, this is
for someone who is busy and does not have a lot of time reluctant to
shop offline. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there are differences
in customer satisfaction in offline buying and selling with online
buying and selling (study: Mamben Lauk Society), while the data
collection techniques in this study are questionnaires. While this type
of research is quantitative survey. The research subjects were 30
people. The sampling method uses random sampling techniques.
Data analysis used paired t-test because it used two groups but the
members of the two groups were the same. Then the results obtained
that there are significant differences between offline buying and
selling online
